Please note these are approximate delivery times taking into account various factors. Generally our delivery is quite speedy although we suggest ordering in advance to ensure on time delivery*

Online Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.
**Please note if your purchase has a fault we have got to be notified within 5 days – Any flawed – faulty item that goes over this period will not be accepted
* Items are couriered/ posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition- wrinkles in the item are not deemed a flaw.
If you need to cancel your order you need to email email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
You have 10 working days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us
